Fitsek provides general fitness and wellness education for busy desk workers. Content is informational and does not replace advice from qualified medical, nutrition, or fitness professionals.

Digital products

The Fitsek 12-Week Recomp System is planned but not yet for sale. When checkout opens, the active payment platform will show the exact price, inclusions, and refund terms before purchase.

Refund policy placeholder

For future digital products, Fitsek should use a simple fair-use refund policy: request a refund within 14 days if the product is not useful, unless files/templates have been substantially consumed or abused. Final terms must be shown at checkout.
